Description
- Day: From Saas-Grund you take the cable car to Kreuzboden. Here, a large playground and barbecue area invite you to take your first rest. The hike from Kreuzboden to the first hut takes about an hour.
- Day: From the Weissmieshütte you reach the Almagelleralp in a good 2.5 hours. The first part leads along an old path marked with stone figures to the Höhenweg and follows it to Almagelleralp.
- Day: The adventurous adventure trail takes one hour to reach Furggstalden. Instead of the adventure trail you can also hike directly to Saas-Almagell.
Variants
The route can of course also be taken in the opposite direction. If you want to extend the route, the Gsponer Höhenweg is recommended.
