3 Fletschhorn Normal Route (WSW-Ridge)

Glacier climb. From Weissmieshütte path descend to the left moraine of the Tälligletscher and descend to the glacier. In far left bend (risk of freezing from the Seracs of the Fletschhorn Glacier!) Towards Jägigrat and from the left to P.3263 m. Over a steep snow or ice field (possibly ice screws necessary) to the breakfast place 3527 m. Continue until P. 3914 m, then Grüebugletscher cross to the NNW ridge, which is reached in the saddle at 3840 m. Over the ridge to the summit.

Descent from the summit of the Fletschhorn into the Fletschjoch and from there over the Lagginhorn-NNE-ridge on the Lagginhorn – very rewarding.
